1) Zero-Tolerance Policy

TeleGrant strictly prohibits, including but not limited to:

• Any form of CSAM/CSAE content.
• Sexual content involving minors (under 18 years old) or content that sexualizes minors.
• Grooming behavior, solicitation, or attempts to obtain sexual content involving minors.
• Sharing, requesting, distributing, or facilitating access to illegal content involving minors.
• Child trafficking, exploitation, coercion, or endangerment.

Violations may result in immediate removal of content, suspension or permanent termination of accounts, and reporting to relevant authorities, as required by law.

2) Prevention & Moderation

To prevent abuse and enforce this policy, TeleGrant uses a combination of:

• Automated protections (for example, detection signals and risk-based flagging) to identify suspicious activity.
• Human review of reported or flagged content and accounts.
• Enforcement actions such as warnings (where appropriate), feature restrictions, suspensions, and bans.

3) Reporting & User Safety Tools

Users can report content or accounts suspected of involving child exploitation through in-app reporting tools (where available) and by contacting us directly:

We review reports promptly and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, account enforcement, and escalation for further investigation.

4) Cooperation with Law Enforcement

TeleGrant cooperates with law enforcement and child protection agencies. Where required by law and applicable process, we may preserve relevant data and respond to legally valid requests.

5) Age Expectations

TeleGrant is not intended for children under 13 years of age. If we become aware that a user is under the minimum age or otherwise violates our policies, we may suspend or terminate the account and take additional steps to protect users.

6) Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or policy updates. The “Last Updated” date above indicates when this policy was most recently revised.
