You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes or to violate any applicable laws.
• Post, share, or solicit content that is abusive, harassing, hateful, violent, or exploitative.
• Engage in or promote child exploitation, grooming, or any CSAM/CSAE content (strictly prohibited).
• Infringe intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.
• Attempt to access the Service through unauthorized means, interfere with security, or disrupt the Service.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

4) Content

You are responsible for content you submit and represent you have the rights to do so. TeleGrant may remove content and take enforcement action if it violates these Terms or applicable policies.

5) Enforcement & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, posed a risk to other users, or created legal exposure. We may also remove content and restrict features as needed.

6) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeleGrant shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

8) Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service and these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
